So since there has been no reply I just had the brilliant idea to switch my account email back to my old one. This allowed me to re-install TerraFlora. I finally have my pretty trees back!!! Now I changed my account email back to my new, current one. Could you, for the future, fix the issue so I can re-install with my current email? Perhaps the product email needs to be updated to the new one, I don't know. Thank you!
I am trying to reinstall and getting an Invalid License error. I recently changed my email address. I can login with the new email address to the website but I cannot install. The email in my product list on the website is still the old one. But I can also not reinstall using the old email address. Thanks for the help!
